How long will my order take to process?
Processing time is 3-4 weeks.
Any ready to ship pieces ship within 1 week.
Because everything is made to order, processing time can sometimes take slightly longer than expected, so we advise against ordering from us last minute for specific events to avoid potential disappointment.

Normally arrives next business day, tracked & requires a signature.
Europe
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed - £10.00
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Returns
All sales are final, we offer an exchange policy.
You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please contact info@akinolondon.co.uk to process this.
We only offer returns if a product is faulty. If there is an issue with sizing you can exchange it for a larger or smaller size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@akinolondon.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non refundable.

On the rare occasion that you miss your parcel & don't arrange redelivery with the courier, the parcel will be returned to sender. If your parcel is returned to sender, you can either arrange redelivery with us, which you will have to repay the shipping fee, or you can receive store credit in the value of the item. Exchanges
We accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn within 7 days of you receiving the item.

Shipping costs are not covered by Akino. We recommend using a tracked or signed for shipping service to prevent any issues with lost parcels etc. We cannot offer exchanges for any lost packages.
If your size is unavailable, we offer store credit in the full refund amount of the item that will be available to use indefinitely.

Lost Parcels
Once your package has been shipped out, we have no control over the shipment of your package, be sure to contact royal mail to find out the location of your package.
On the rare occasion that your package is lost in transit, contact info@akinolondon.co.uk.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us, you will have 2 options, store credit in the value of the item(s) or repay the shipping fee & we will ship it back out to you.
Packages typically get returned if there's an issue with the address, or if the delivery was missed & not rescheduled. To avoid this we recommend you to double check you address after placing you order & keep an eye on your tracking after dispatch.
If you are from Europe your package may be subject to a customs duty fee, If you decide not to pay this your package will be returned to us.

Hand Wash using cold water. Do not use detergent, do not scrub and do not soak. Dry flat. No direct heat on garment.

- Wash on a 30degree cycle

- Handwash in cold water. dry flat.

- Wash inside out on a 30degree cycle
